We deliver our sarees across India and internationally (at additional standard shipping rates). Our Shipping and Delivery Policy is designed to ensure that your purchases reach you in a timely and secure manner.


Shipment and Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for customer convenience and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shaakuntal shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided.

Damaged Shipment
All products undergo strict quality inspection before dispatch. If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery, please: Refuse to accept the shipment. Take photographs of the damaged package. Inform our customer support immediately. Report the issue within 24 hours. Acceptance of a visibly damaged package may affect the processing of claims.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local governmental charges applicable in their respective countries. Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary depending on customs clearance procedures. Shaakuntal is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Timeline
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will depend upon the delivery location once confirmed after the order has been placed.
  • At the moment, any international order will be processed at standard shipping rates with our courier, or a courier of your choice.
