REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund Policy
At Shaakuntal Design Studio, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made, owing to the exclusive and designer nature of our products.

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customized, altered, stitched, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure of your purchase before completing your order.

In the event of a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Each defect claim will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please be sure of your purhase. This is important considering the designer nature of the products.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs and order details. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Items showing signs of use, washing, perfume, damage, or alteration will not qualify for return or exchange.
